From design to installation, our goal is to make your kitchen project smooth and stress-free. Everything we agree on will be listed in your estimate and final layout. If it’s not written there, it’s not part of the agreement-so please double-check and ask questions if anything’s unclear.
We work hard to complete your project quickly and professionally. Once your materials are ordered, we’ll schedule a tentative install date and keep you updated along the way. While we aim for smooth timelines, delays can happen (weather, shipping, etc.). We’ll communicate any changes as soon as they come up.
To keep things moving efficiently, payments are required at key steps:
We accept cash, check, ACH, PayPal, and credit card (3% fee). Final payments are due within 24 hours of receiving your final invoice.
Please make sure the area is clean and ready before our team arrives. That includes:
If the space isn’t ready, we’ll reschedule and a trip fee may apply. We also suggest being there for the final walkthrough-if you’re not, we’ll consider the job approved once the installer leaves.
Need to change something after signing off? No problem-just let us know. We’ll send a Change Order for you to approve. This might affect your timeline or cost.
We stand behind our work. Labor is covered for 1 year, and materials are covered under manufacturer warranty. If we’re not handling installation, be sure to inspect everything first-warranty claims require photos of the item in the original packaging.
Please report any issues within 3 business days of delivery or installation.
If something needs to be returned, contact us within 3 business days. Items must be unopened and in their original boxes. Used or installed products can’t be returned.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, plus shipping. Refunds are processed after inspection.
Deliveries are curbside only. You’ll need to have someone available to inspect and accept the order. If no one is home, a re-delivery fee applies. For pickups, please inspect everything before leaving-once it leaves our hands, it’s your responsibility.
Keep your cabinets looking great by avoiding excess moisture and using gentle cleaners. Wood can expand and contract slightly with humidity, and painted finishes may show hairline joints over time-this is normal. Let’s keep the humidity around 40-50% for best results.
